I got a referral to PDR Crew from my auto shop and I couldn’t be happier. Israel and his team were incredibly nice and worked hard to make sure I understood the process. They worked with my insurance company and got all of the repairs covered, and they fixed some other things they found along the way like a broken visor and didn’t charge me. Incredible attention to detail! They also fully detailed my car before I picked it up - never seen it so clean since the day I bought it! I would recommend them to anyone who has hail damage. I know the insurance process can be frustrating, and my car was at PDR for 19 days, but the delay was insurance and not PDR. As soon as insurance approved the estimate they started the work and it was done quickly. Can’t say enough good things about this operation!!!
